Irgens Development Partners has worked closely with Milwaukee County, the City of Wauwatosa and the Milwaukee County Research Park Corporation since 1995 to complete seven of the nine projects in the 175-acre Milwaukee County Research Park, effectively shaping it into a campus-like environment that is home to over 80 successful companies, most of which are technology-based.
This tower is Powder blue and has eight legs. The tank on top has MILWAUKEE COUNTY RESEARCH PARK written in dark blue letters on the front.
