This tower is powder blue and stands on 10 legs with a tube coming out of the center of the pot to the ground, like a straw. The pot has ST LOUIS PARK in dark blue letters on the side. It is located next to a baseball field at west 34th 1/2 Street & Wyoming Avenue and it is completely enclosed in a fence.
