These comfortable benches were part of the Eagle Scout service project done by Zachary Bierstedt of Boy Scout Troop 216, under the sponsorship of Peace Lutheran Church. Materials were donated by Schoeneman’s Lumber, and the project was completed in 2010. Many of those using this trail will be thankful for this contribution from Zachary and his troop.
