There are a number of ghost signs on this building. Several seem to have been painted at the same time while others appear to be from different eras. This abandoned store is in Bear River City.

Bernard & Hansen Co was probably the grocery and its sign is very clear. On the end of the canopy, beneath the "Beer Ice Cold Drinks" appears an earlier sign that looks like "Ice Cold Drinks Beer". There is a small sign above what appears to be a drive-thru window that may have been painted over a portion of the large, very faded sign on the brickwork. Barely readable at the top of that large sign is "Bernard & Hanse", the rest being obscured by a drain pipe. This may or may not have been part of the illegible large sign.
