This restaurant provides a high-quality meal for a reasonable price. I had the Shrimp Marguerite and my wife ordered the Blue Corn Beef Enchilada. Both were prepared at the right point of "doneness" - meaning the shrimp was not rubbery and the enchilada was not soggy.
Both had the right amount of zip for the tongue and not toned down to be bland. I am sure if you need it zippier you can ask your server.
Speaking of which, the wait staff were quick and courteous.
Because of its unique flavor and presentation, the Blue Corn Beef Enchilada gets my star of approval, but the Shrimp Marguerite was pretty darn good, too.
