This mark is probably part of a survey of the Village of Skokie. It includes a couple dozen or so marks of high accuracy that made it into the NGS database, as well as these smaller, less protected, and presumably less accurate marks that dot the village.

This mark is at the northwest corner of the bridge carrying Niles Center Rd over the Edens Expressway. The mark is about even with the northern end of the western chain link fence over the highway, and is embedded in the concrete sidewalk on the western side of the bridge.
