Oklahoma Indian Ballerina is located in a really nice courtyard just west of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. The courtyard is sometimes used for the Downtown Tulsa Farmer's Market. There are two large mosaics in the courtyard as well as war memorial. On the north side of the courtyard is the BOK Tower.

From the Smithsonian database:

Dimensions:

Sculpture: approx. H. 10 ft. 6 in.

Inscription:

(On ballerina's proper left toe shoe:) (artist's symbol) O'MEILIA / 1982 signed

Description:

A ballet dancer in Native-American dress stands "en pointe" with her proper right leg forward. She raises her proper left arm up and reaches back with he proper right arm. Her hair is pulled back and she wears a feather in her hair. The base is a group of five cylinders of varying diameter and height. The figure stands with her proper right leg resting on one cylinder and her left leg on another. The sculpture is anchored in the ground with a stainless steel bar that extends from the figure's waist to more than three feet underground.

Remarks:

John H. Williams and Tulsa oilman John Brock were instrumental in raising the $80,000 to purchase the sculpture. The sculpture was originally titled "Four Moons" when it was unveiled at the Tulsa Ballet Theatre's performance honoring the state's Diamond Jubilee. IAS files contain a related article from the Tulsa Performing Arts Center's publication, Intermission (March 1995): pg. 22-23.
