This memorial is located on Disney Drive and was built in June 2002, however it was dedicated in August of 2009. There are many plaques and memorials located along Disney Dr, this just happened to be the most prominent and permanent.
Take a moment out from your busy days or while transiting through Bagram AF to reflect on the sacrifices of those who led the way before you.
