This arrow, like many is gone, admittedly removed by the high school administration, because somehow it provoked some problems on campus.

This arrow had me stumped for a while. Clearly this arrow was no longer present from the notes, but I decided to see if I could locate its remains. I finally went to the site of the high school with the picture in hand. I located some blue poles in a quad at the school that seemed to match up in the pictures, but the quad looked much different that the picture - asphalt instead of concrete, large concrete planter boxes nearby. Had it changed?
Then I reread the text notes carefully "The Bench was removed by School Admin, cause it sparked a school wide stand off between The 2nd Quad, and the Mexicans."
I walked further onto the school campus and came to a second quad with more blue poles and the distinctive covered walkway in the background. I lined up some poles to get a view like the picture, looked down and lo and behold, there was some missing paint in the shape of an arrow. Matching up the line in the concrete meeting the raised base, the similar cracks in the base near its top - this must have been where it was.
Since this is an active high school, I'd suggest only visiting on the weekend or when school is out.
