This work is comprised of five concrete heads that look like they could be on a totem pole or a tiki. Four of them are spread out in a semi-circle around a small plaza in the Seattle Center...and the fifth one is in the center of the plaza and has two heads facing in opposite directions with another smaller head wedged between them.
There is no information at the site about the title, artist or date...and a web search also reveals no information.
