Tiny Carrolls, Washington is located along Interstate 5, with Kelso to the North, Kalama to the South, and the mighty Columbia River to the West. High on the bluff overlooking I-5 and the river, is a lovely Statue of Liberty, keeping an eye on all that transpires below.
Since the statue is located high above the freeway, clear photos may be difficult to obtain; do the best you can, but remain safe and don't try to take photos if you are driving! For an upclose look, you will need to drive on Old Pacific Highway to see the statue.
