The Candelaria Wetland is part of the Rio Grande Nature Center State Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are several observation blinds surrounding the wetland where visitors can view the birds.
One can see ducks, geese, cranes and also hummingbirds at one of several hummingbird feeder stations. There are also many resident Roadrunners that can be seen.
In the visitor's center there is an enclosed room that overlooks the wetland as well with a library of birding books one can browse while watching the wildlife outside.
