This great blue and violet pastel pattern is the first thing that a motorist sees when traveling west on 230th Street. This farm family has two quilts to share with those passing by; this stunning one faces east on a big gray and white barn. It can be found about 3 miles west of Ashton on the Lyon County Line.
Your Visit:
It was gray and hazy when I started looking for this farm, and it took longer to find after several wrong turns. However, just as the barn with the quilt came into view the sun came out and the whole scene changed for the better.

Type of Barn: Barn still in use

Visit Instructions:
Please include one picture of the barn with the quilt.
