The memorial is located on the grounds of the Washington County Courthouse in Weiser, Idaho. The memorial is off the walk way leading from the corner of East Court Street and East 2nd Street to the courthouse entrance. The memorial is a marble shaft on a marble base set in a concrete base.
The memorial contains the following text:

A second small inscription near the base states:
