The Wizard of Maze

The artwork on this gravestone are examples of Joseph Barzantny's "Amazein" work. His creations were featured in a weekly maze panel for the St. Louis Globe newpaper. He also had his work featured in Weekly Reader, National Geographic, among others. There were also been six books of his mazes published. Suffering from mental illness Joe committed suicide by jumping from a highway overpass.
