A cannon pointing west out of the harbour area ready to take on any ferry that might arrive! It is in a small picnic area, which could just about be counted as a park. To the north is a small MOD (Ministry of Defence) storage area, and a few bits of equipment on display. Unfortunately there is no information nearby to state when/where this cannon is from or if it was ever used. However to the south west there in a Victorian look out tower, so it might well be linked to that, perhaps?
