It appears that all of the storefront signage is neon in the shopping center located on the northwest corner of State Street and 9000 South. Several of the businesses do not keep their signs lit during evenings when they are not open. Other than a small monument sign on state street, there is no other signage for any of the center tenants.
CitiFinancial occupies a small storefront in the interior corner of the center. Since they are not open on Saturday evenings, they did not have their sign lit.
