This nice four pointed star is located between several other barn quilt sites in this neighborhood. The vivid blue star and yellow squares appear to glow off the newer metal storage barn. “Friendship Star” can be seen from country road K22 northeast of Akron, but a good close-up view is better obtained off of 140th Street. This great barn quilt is listed as #17 on the Plymouth County barn quilt tour map, and an official sign also marks the farm.
