Zwischen Schloss und Tierpark Rosegg wurde im Juli 2001 das größte Gartenlabyrinth Österreichs eröffnet. Über 3000 Hainbuchen bilden auf einer Fläche von 2400 Quadratmetern eine Hecke von einen Kilometer Länge. ein Turm im Zentrum dient als Orientierungspunkt.
Gleich neben dem Gartenlabyrinth wurde auf einer Fläche von 1,3 Hektar zusätzlich ein Labyrinth im Maisfeld errichtet. Planung und Entwurf stammen von den Englischen Gartenplanern Johanna und Tom Wood.
Das Labyrinth ist ein klassisches Element der Gartengestaltung und erlebte im England des 17. und 18. Jahrhundert eine Blütezeit. Auch in Österreich gab es Gartenlabyrinthe. Das bedeutendste war in Schönbrunn in Wien. In Rosegg bestand ab 1776 eine große englische Parkanlage, die zum Schloss gehörte. Sie lag auf einer Insel im Fluß Drau und wurde etwa um 1825 bei einem Hochwasser zerstört.
Zwischen den beiden Labyrinthen ist seit Anfang Juli 2001 ein land art Objekt, das ,,Drau- Schwemmholz Rekreatat" des international bekannten Künstlers Prof. Mo Edoga, zu sehen. Das aufsehenerregende Kunstwert ist Teil der regionalen Initiative ,,Skulpturenpark Drau-Rosental". Weitere land art Objekte sind zu sehen im Garten von Schloss Ebenau in Weitzelsdorf und an der Drau bei Selkach.

Between the castle and zoo Rosegg in July 2001 opened the largest garden maze in Austria. Over 3000 hornbeam form an area of 2400 square meters of a hedge of a kilometer in length. a tower in the center serves as a landmark.

The labyrinth is a classic element of garden design and experienced in England during the 17th and 18 Century heyday. In Austria, there were garden mazes. The most significant was in Schönbrunn in Vienna. In Rosegg was from 1776 a large English park, which belonged to the castle. She lay on an island in the river Drava and was about around 1825 destroyed in a flood.
Between the two labyrinths since the beginning of July 2001 is a land art object, Drava driftwood Rekreatat "to see the internationally renowned artist Prof. Mon Edoga. The sensational artistic value is part of the regional initiative, sculpture park Drava Rosental". More land art objects are seen in the garden of the castle in Ebenau Weitz Elsdorf and the Drau Selkach.
