Schon vor mehr als 100 Jahren ist die "Wolfsklamm" bei Stans erschlossen worden und sie hat bis heute nichts von ihrer Anziehungskraft eingebüßt.
Direkt in der Dorfmitte beginnt der Anstieg oberhalb des Stanserbaches. Über Stufen und Steige, zwischen Felsschluchten führt die Wolfsklamm leicht ansteigend in Richtung St. Georgenberg, dem ältesten Wallfahrtsort in Tirol.
