Everdon is a small, picturesque village in the heart of rural Northamptonshire with an approximate population of 350 people. The word ‘Everdon’ translated from Old English means ‘Boars Hill’, so called because the 80 acres of woodland, now Everdon Stubbs, was once grazing land for Wild Boar The pub dates back to the 1800s.
