It is almost impossible to find out anything about anything in the town of Scipio. Mapquest and Garmin direct you to businesses in Fillmore, about 30 miles south of Scipio when you look for food or fuel listings in Scipio. This particular combination outlet is crazy about neon. I've never seen so much neon in a facility of this relatively small size.
The gas station and convenience store are 24 hour per day operations but the Subway sandwich counter in the convenience store is only open for part of the day. The Subway "Open" sign in the front window lets you know if you will be able to get a sandwich while you are there.
