While driving on US Route 50, we came across this rather large sculpture of a chicken.
It is fenced in to prevent vandalism.
It is permently mounted.
The Big Chicken sits facing the highway to attract people to stop and look. The chicken is located at a roadside business that sells other fabricated metal art work.
No one was there when we stopped. Very few other pieces of metal art work were left. The shop (no name available) is closed for the winter months.
I would like to invite anyone who passes through this way to find out any information possible, and post it.
