The hop bine is one of the most obvious names for a pub. The hop is what gives beer it's bitter taste and preserves it.

But a word on the sign. Hitchin Lookers have become aware of Greene King's pub sign policy. They have 3 approaches.

1. Produce a "photoshop oil painting - like" style.
2. Simply do away with a picture, use text only and exclude their pubs from this category.
3. Buy a job lot of signs and have the same sign on pubs with the same name.
