NW0312 - USGS ZIP ET, Oregon - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This horizontal control point is located at the Vale Project Interpretive Site on U.S. Hwy. 95 about 12.5 miles southwest of Jordan Valley, Oregon. The cap is located about 100 feet south of the highway centerline and north of the interpretive site access road. The cap was in concrete post flush with ground by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1969 and was marked ZIP ET.
