The chimera are high up on the wall of what is now the Robert Peel pub. 2 of them face downwards on top of the start of the drain pipes. I don’t think the water actually flows through the body though.
The other two Chimera are climbing up the wall and are not near drain pipes.
The pub building was originally a house with an attached vet’s surgery, built in 1876. There was originally a covered arch leading to a stable but this has now been blocked up.
