This One-room Schoolhouse is a recreation from a period building. This unique local museum is in the former Jones home. Inside are period furnishings typical of the early 19th century, the approximate time the home was built. The Schoolhouse stands directly behind the old home. Visitors are welcome to take a tour which includes entry into the schoolhouse for a close-up look at things as they used to be.
