This excellent example of a Victorian bay fronted residence was built in 1881 by George Anderson. It retains important stylistic elements including a projecting front bay with moulded rendered details, eaves brackets and a masonry and iron fence. The signigicant Number of stone and brick residences, like this house, constructedd throughout this section of the cityare an important element of the distinctive historic residential character of North Adelaide.
