This mark is on Necco Street just south of Melcher Street. According to the MHD description:
"On the west side of Necco Street, at the corner of Melcher Street, 8.4 ft southeast of building corner, 53.4 ft northwest of building corner on east side of Necco Street, 15.7 ft south of catch basin, 10.36 ft northeast of e-pin in lead in foundation of building, 62.65 ft southwest of e-pin in lead in granite face block, 2.15 ft west of truck entrance, 60.28 ft northwest of a e-pin in lead on foundation sill, 18.6 ft southwest of north corner."
