Located beside a busy street, this very small plaza is an oasis of tranquility in otherwise busy, noisy place. With a three tiered fountain as its center focus, the fountain is surrounded by benches with a tall open lattice type design over several of them. Complimenting this are several historic street lights, making for a most relaxing setting, and proving that a park does not have to have acres of grass to be inviting.
