This benchmark is located adjacent to U.S. Hwy. 95, north of Riggins, Idaho. The cap is located west of the parking area just north of the Salmon River Bridge. There is a orange carsonite marker near the cap. The cap was set by the Idaho Transportation Department in 2002 and was marked GOFF.
