This simple marker is just inside the gate of the Hewitt Cemetery in Hewitt, Todd County, MN. The marker is white washed and obelisk shaped and states:
This memorial is dedicated to the honor of all veterans.
It has metal military markers from the GAR and others. It appears to be one of the older memorials in the cemetery.
The cemetery is small about 200 graves and is located in rural Todd County, central MN in a farming rural area. I like the simplicity of the marker and it is obvious it has guarded the cemetery for over 100 years.

Simple whitewashed obelisk marker, many many years old. Placed at the entranceway to a small rural cemetery, very stately, peaceful and respectful.
