This Park has NO playground equipment. It is open green space, with a covered pavillion and stone grilling area. There is a black-top paved trail that runs along the DuPage River with some very nice views. This trail runs east to the Whalon Lake preserve and west to the DuPge Rive sports complex. There are forested areas with side trails for exploring and bike trails to enjoy. There is plenty of open land, forest and water that all types of wildlife watching can be enjoyed. I have seen tons of birds (robins, hawks, ducks etc), deer and coyote here.
There are also 2 free standing concrete silos located on either side of the parking lot.
