This large facility is Westminster Fire Department #1. The Safe Haven and Safe Place signs are not on the front of the building. They are on the east side at N39° 49.715, W105° 02.364. At first, I thought this was odd, then I realized the signs in in a location where a person would have privacy to turn over the child. Now it makes perfect sense and I appreciate that the city shows so much sensitivity to a person's situation.
