The ranger station is a single story structure up on a hill with parking in front of it. The ranger station is very typical of what one would see in a large forest or state park. They had everything except a stamp for my parks book.
Park sites are open 8am to sunset, and offer a variety of recreational opportunities. Facilities are available year-round, weather permitting. County parks’ rules and regulations are enforced by nine regional park rangers. They are responsible for the safety of all park visitors through patrol practices and enforcement of County ordinances.
From the Ranger website:
hoPark Rangers are often on patrol or found working on educational programs and visitor services at the Ranger Station. Stop in and support staff will be happy to contact the ranger if you would like to meet with them.
For any emergency, or to report illegal or suspicious activity, call 9-1-1. In addition, Chester County's Department of Emergency Services also has a non-emergency number you can use to contact the Rangers: 610-383-7000. SOURCE
