The Beckham County Courthouse is located at 302 E. Main in Sayre. This is a three-story tan brick and stone building designed by the architects, Layton, Smith and Hawk and built in 1911 at a cost of $69,000. It is designed in the NeoClassical style and is 65 feet by 99 feet.

The first floor has a decorative brickwork in a pattern consisting of six raised bricks and one recessed brick, in horizontal lines. There is a stone water table above the first floor. The east and west entries have two large Tuscan columns above the entrance, from the water table to the cornice. The cornice is tan-painted copper sheeting.

A large clock dome on an octagonal base has twelve Doric columns supporting the dome roof. The roof is covered with copper which is painted brown. The large dome has a miniature dome above it, also with twelve Doric columns supporting its roof. There are four flat panels on the larger dome roof built to mount four clock faces, however, there are no clocks. The dome on this courthouse was featured in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath."

The building houses Beckham County government offices and is open Mon-Fri from 8-4.
