Nylars Church was probably built in the 11th century.

The name Nylars comes from saint Nikolaus.

One of it's bells was made in 1702 by D.H. Gradener and Arendt Tor Kuhl, while the other bell is remade by architect Mathias Bidstrups during his restoration in 1882.
Building Materials: Stone
