The terminal building is named after a former head of the Pecos Municipal Airport Board, The Bill Hubbs Air Terminal Building. Airport has no commercial flights. It occupies part of the site of a WW II Army Air Force Training Center. Airport has two paved runways, with a little over 5o aircraft operations per day.
