My brother and I were on a road trip visiting the Ghost Towns in Santa Cruz County. The town we visited on the first leg of the trip was Lochiel, Az. This site is a former border crossing. We found the marker on a hill side just west of Lochiel. When visiting this location please observe the no trespassing signs, the locals can be very rude in enforcing their wishes.

I believe the disk is a triagulation disk based on the markings and location.
