Pattison State Park in Wisconsin contains the highest waterfalls (Big Manitou Falls) of WI, smaller falls, a lake with sand beach, 9 miles of year-round hiking trails, overnight camping, picnicking tables and grills, and nature programs.

The Gitche Gumee Nature Center has interpretive displays about the park's history, wildlife and geology, but is only open during the warmer months as the buildings aren't heated.
