On the north wall of the building at 3114 N. Classen Boulevard is a brightly-painted cartoon which puzzled us until we found out that it was commissioned by the Red Cup Vegetarian Cafe located around the corner at 3122 N. Classen.
The mural depicts a "Red Cup" cowboy riding a horse, with a spoon in his hand. A puzzled dragon looks on, while two happy veggies cheer, a carrot and an onion.
On the east edge of the mural, a black and white stick figure girl is peeking out from behind the mural. Painted in approximately 1997, the artist is Eddie Myers, who also painted the mural on the south side of this building, which is the subject of another waymark.
This mural is painted on a white concrete block wall. The building is occupied by an art shop specializing in framing.
