This old barber pole could use some fixing.

This old pole looks like it hasn't worked in years. the paint is peeling off the glass. It looks like it was red and white at one time. You can see the electrical conduit running to the pole but not sure if it works or not. This looks to be an older style pole and much bigger than some of the modern poles.
