To mark the 90 year celebration of Women’s Institute nationally and the 60 years of the Holme branch of WI, locally, three boulders have been placed on the approach roads to Holme, by the local WI.

The original intention was to place one boulder but through the generosity of the local quarry, Holme Park Quarry, three boulders have been sourced and placed on three of the roads leading in to Holme. The local WI branch organised their placement by liaising with County Highways department.

The above coordinates are for the northern boulder on the road off A6070. Each boulder has a photograph with the coordinates for that boulder with it. The other two are where B6384 joins A6070 and where B6384 leaves Holme to the west.
