Trawscoed is a Met Office weather station on the cliffs above Cardigan Bay overlooking the west coast of Wales. It gives hourly updates to calculate the weather for the majority of West-Wales.

It isn't open to public access, and the best view of it is from the Aberystwyth Coastal path that runs from Clarach to Aberystwyth. The site can be viewed from the waymark shown in the image. An alternative angle is from the top of Constitution hill where these pictures are taken. The coordinates are for the gate with the no access sign is taken from. You can get a good view from here, and if you are lucky you will see the radar dish turning around.
