Built in 2001, this landmark became Japan's largest ferris wheel. Although the Sky Dream opened the following year in Fukuoka, topping it by a few meters, it subsequently closed in 2009, leaving this as the country's largest operating ferris wheel, and ranking ninth in the world.

The name derives from the light shows which appear as flower and diamond patterns, which one can see in the side view of the wheel.

The wheel has 68 cars seating 6 people, making a complete revolution in 17 minutes, offering panoramic views of nearby Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Sea Life Park, and, of course, Tokyo Bay and the city itself.
