Long Description:
The space surrounding the 2000-year old Ara Pacis monument has been re-designed by the famous architect Richard Meier. A fountain with 16 vertical water jets is a component on the southern-most edge of the re-designed space.

The overall re-design has been criticized loudly by common roman citizenry, so much that a popular revolt at the mayoral elections resulted in the removal the mayor that commissioned it.
