The ground was purchased for this park in 1965.
The park itself opened in 1967.
It consits of 120 acres with a 225 acre lake.
There are 77 RV sites, along with tent camping.
There is a shower and restroom facility located close to the childrens playground, wich has nice playground equipmen.
I have heard that the fishing is good. I do not know because I don't fish very often.
There are hiking trail that I have used, and they are easy to navigate.
All in all, not a bad place to spend the day or stay for the weekend.
