This station is a US coast and Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, set in a concrete bridge abutment, in Tilton, NH. It is stamped -NHGS E 7 RESET 1967-, and is set in the top of the northwest wing wall of a bridge carrying NH State Route 140 over the Winnepesaukee River. The previous bridge, that the current bridge replaced in 1967, had the original mark -E 7 1934-, a State Survey disk, that was destroyed in the reconstruction process. It was set in the southwest wing wall, as shown in the 1956 USGS topographic map. Recovery reports erroneously state that the reset disk is also set in the southwest wing wall, when in fact it is on the top of northwest wing wall. Later recovery reports try to convey this, but unfortunately, not in the clearest of terms. Another error on the NGS datasheet is a recovery note stating the location of the highway right of way as in Vermont, instead of New Hampshire.
All typos aside, OC1051 is an easy find. At the junction of US Route 3, NH State Route 11, NH State Route 140, and the ramps for I-93 North, go south 0.35 mile on NH 140 to the bridge and the mark on the right. It is clearly visible from the road. The stamping on the disk is hard to read even though it was marked with rather large typeface, but it's all there if you look carefully.
OC1051 has adjusted coordinates, and an adjusted elevation. It is also suitable for GPS service, as reported by NGS on 7/17/2004.
