One of the largest squares in the Czech Republic - Premysl Otakar II's square in Vysoké Mýto - underwent in 1996-1997 extensive and expensive restoration. E.g. new pavement of the whole square (area 19.000 square meters)consistsof 5 milions cobblestones. In southeast corner of the square a new, circular fountain with four jest was built.
