Conversion and addition in 1892, designed by Karl August Wrede.
This is the oldiest stone building in Helsinki and was built by merchant Johan Sederholm. Sederholm's descendants sold the building in 1822. During Konstantin Kiseleff's ownership, 1865-1870, the building was converted into rented housing and business premises. The City of Helsinki acquired the building in 1949 and converted it in to a museum in 1993-1994.
